COACHING IS NOT therapy, counseling, advice-giving, mental health care, or treatment for substance abuse. Simply Worth H.E.R./Yolanda Rhynes is not functioning as a licensed mental health professional and coaching is not intended as a replacement for counseling, psychiatric interventions, treatment for mental illness, recovery from past abuse, professional medical advice, financial assistance, legal counsel, or other professional services.

COACHING CAN INVOLVE brainstorming, the completion of written assignments, education, goal setting, identifying plans of action, accountability, making requests, agreements to change behavior, examine lifestyles, and questioning.

THE COACHING FEE will be $75 per one hour sessions payable prior to each session. Each meeting will last one hour. There will be no predetermined length of commitment or set frequency of meeting times. These will be determined as the relationship progresses.
COACHING IS FOR people who are basically well adjusted, emotionally healthy, functioning effectively, and wanting to make changes in their lives.

COACHING IS MOST effective when both parties are honest and straightforward in their communication.

THE PERSON BEING coached agrees to inform Simply Worth H.E.R/Yolanda Rhynes of the need to cancel an appointment. Except in unusual circumstances, all cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
COACHING IS DESIGNED to address the issues with regard to rejection. These could include (but not limited to) career development, relationship enhancement, spiritual growth, lifestyle management, life balance, decision making, movement through transitions, or the achievement of short-term or long-term goals.

COACHING IS A confidential relationship and Simply Worth H.E.R./Yolanda Rhynes agrees to keep all information strictly confidential, except in those situations in which such confidentiality would violate the law or could jeopardize the safety of the client or others.

NO REFUNDS. Once payment is made for coaching sessions or packages, it is non-refundable. This policy applies to all payments made for individual sessions, coaching packages, workshops, or any other services provided.
COACHING WILL BE an ongoing relationship that might take a number of months, although either party can terminate at any time. All coaching will be done via a virtual meeting.

COACHING IS DONE with the assumption that each person in the relationship is guided by her values and beliefs. Simply Worth H.E.R./Yolanda Rhynes is a committed follower of Jesus Christ and seeks to live in accordance with this commitment. Simply Worth H.E.R/Yolanda Rhynes is honest in making this revelation, but respects the different values and beliefs of others. Simply Worth H.E.R./Yolanda Rhynes does not seek to impose her values on another, proselytize, condemn, or refuse coaching services to people who do not share similar values and beliefs.
